How Cannabis Legalization Impacts Your Practice
Recent changes in cannabis law can have an impact on many different areas of practice, extending well beyond attorneys who practice criminal law, or those who are providing direct representation to the industry. The purpose of this program is to assist attorneys across various practice areas in identifying circumstances where the legalization of cannabis may impact their practice, whether that practice involves family law, criminal law, construction law, employment law or providing counseling to business clients who deal with the cannabis industry. It will help you "issue spot" when cannabis issues touch your practice, and will provide a review of basic information you should know about cannabis and the law as it has developed through 2020. Program: 2:00 - 3:15
