Labor Law Developments: Vaccine Mandates & Accommodations

The vaccine mandates are a great lens through which we can view wider employment and labor law issues we may all be dealing with. Those issues include medical accommodations under the ADA and MHRA, handling requests for accommodations (either medical or religious), and finally how vaccine mandates may touch on traditional labor law issues (mandatory subjects of bargaining, unfair labor practices, and concerted activity when employees band together to protest).
