KCMBA recognizes the 2024 Fellows of the Bar and the Sustaining Members for their generous contributions to the Association. Fellowship is the highest level of membership at KCMBA. Kip Robertson is the managing partner of Bartimus, Frickleton, Robertson, Rader P.C. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including catastrophic personal injury, appeals, insurance litigation and class actions. Kip has served as the chair of the KCMBA Torts Law Committee and is currently the President-Elect of the Civil Litigation Section. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri—Kansas City School of Law (2006) and is the immediate past president of the Law Alumni Association.
